Master Musicality class with Mario Salomon offers students a clear, musician-centered approach to identifying and understanding rhythmic differences.

As a pioneer of Songo and Timba, Mario guides participants through what sets these Cuban styles apart—their distinct rhythmic structures, clave relationships, and the rich cultural context that shaped them. Students will experience firsthand how musicians hear and interpret patterns, learning to see music beyond steps and feel its phrasing, syncopation, and improvisational language.
